PensionPro officially supports the latest versions of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, and Apple Safari browsers.

 

There is no guarantee that PensionPro will function as expected unless launched in a supported browser. If problems arise while a supported browser is in use, it is possible that the browser may not be updated to the most recent version. This article provides instructions for locating the current version number of a user's web browser.

Google Chrome

  1. Open the Menumore_options.png
  2. Select Help > About Google Chrome. The currently installed version will be displayed.

Microsoft Edge

  1. Open the Menumore_options_horizontal.png
  2. Select Settings.
  3. On the left panel, select About Microsoft Edge. The currently installed version will be displayed.

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Open the Menumenu.png
  2. Select Help > About Firefox. A window containing the current version will be displayed.
