Frequently Asked Questions

  • When I try to use Navigation Assistance from the Web app, I get an "Invalid resource request" error message. Why?
The invalid resource request error can occur when the user's ftwilliam.com username has not been added to their Employee tab. Refer to the Getting Started with Navigation Assistance section of this article for details.

  • The Navigation Assistance link is not taking me to the correct page in ftwilliam.com.
This commonly happens when the correct page does not exist. For example, the 5500 option cannot open the 5500 page in FTW if no 5500 has been set up for the combination of Plan and Period year. In this case, the Edit Plan page will be shown instead.
