Frequently Asked Questions

  • When I try to use Navigation Assistance from the Web app, I get an "Invalid resource request" error message. I never received this error on the Desktop. Why? The requirements for enabling Navigation Assistance changed in the Web version of PensionPro. Previously, the page that a Navigation Assistance link would take a user to depended on whether or not the user was already signed into ftwilliam.com. Now, Navigation Assistance links will always automatically sign a user in to ftwilliam.com. However, this functionality requires a user's ftwilliam.com username to be added to their Employee tab, along with some other configurations. Refer to the Getting Started section of this article for details.
