Thank you for your interest in the PensionPro Enterprise tier! The following sections detail some of the new features that are available to firms upgrading to our Enterprise package, which offers improved Location management and tools that benefit larger firms.
MFA support for authenticator apps: In addition to receiving one-time codes via email or text, Enterprise users can also receive verification codes via Microsoft Authenticator, Google Authenticator, or Duo Mobile apps.

PSL Single Sign-On: Firms that leverage their own company portal for plan sponsors can link those sponsors to PSL without requiring a second sign-in.

Limiting Employees in dropdowns: Preferences are available to reduce the list of Employees returned in some dropdowns, making them easier to use and ensuring Employees are only assigned items relevant to them. These include:
- Restrict Employee Selection to Client Location Rights in PensionPro Preferences, to limit dropdowns based on Location Rights.
- Limit Employee Selection by Location Access in PlanSponsorLink Preferences, to limit which Employees a plan sponsor can choose in Secure File Exchange based on Employee Plan Roles.
Locations for Project Templates: Project Templates can optionally be limited to a certain Location; Employees will be required to possess the appropriate Location Rights to launch that Project.

Guest access for Clients & Plans: Typically, an Employee cannot view a record if they do not have the necessary Location Rights. However, Enterprise users can provide an Employee who doesn't have the correct rights with guest access on a record-by-record basis.
