Ever have a client decide to change their company name after you've been working with them for years? You've got "Big Smiles Dentistry" ingrained in your brain, but now, they've changed their name to "Superior Dental Services." It's not easy to snap your fingers and remember that they changed their name. By applying custom search text, you won't have to.
Tier Availability: Track, Team, Business
Custom text can be added to the General Information grid on both the Client or Plan tabs to help return these records when searching for that specific text. For example, if a Client changes their name, adding the prior name into the Search Text field will ensure that searches using the old name will include this Client. This is just one example; other uses might include returning Multiple Employer Plans under the same master, or simply applying a common term to quickly retrieve the most-used Plans.
