PensionPro 2.0 - Maintaining Contact Relationships

Developing client relationships is a substantial part of any business process. Getting to know particular details about individuals helps to cultivate those relationships. The Contact > Relationship tab is where users can store this information to better relate to their clients. Users can record information such as Birthdate, Anniversary Date, and Last Contacted date here. 

 

Tier Availability: Track, Core, Essential, Premium, Team, Business

Security Rights Required: Add/Edit Contact

 

The Relationship tab can be found by browsing to a contact record. While on the General tab, click the Relationship sub-tab. The contact's relationship data will be organized on the grid by field name.

Edit Relationship Information

  1. From the Contact > General Tab, click the Relationship sub-tab.
  2. Click the Edit icon in the upper-right corner of the Relationship Information grid.
  3. Enter the appropriate relationship information in the pop-up menu.
  4. Click Save.
