How Do I Know What Plans I'm Billed For?

Not sure which Plans are included on your PensionPro invoice? The Monthly Plan Count Invoice report can help with that. This article will help explain how to access, run, and navigate the Monthly Plan Count Invoice Report to confirm which Plans will be billed on your invoice.

Accessing the Monthly Plan Count Invoice Report

 

Not every user will have permission to review billing information in PensionPro. In order to continue with the below steps, you'll need to ensure you have the Management Reports Security Right. For more information on Security Rights, refer to the article Security Rights & Security Roles.

 

To access the Monthly Plan Count Invoice report, select Reporting > Management Reports > Metrics > Monthly Plan Count Invoice Report. The report will open in a new browser tab.

 


 

Running the Report

 

After opening the report, enter the final date of the billing period in the Period End Date field and select View Report. Plan counts will be displayed by Billing Category in the results.

Navigating the Report

Selecting the + button to the left of the Billing Category will display the list of Plans contained in that category. All Plans will be organized alphabetically within each category.

Frequently Asked Questions

 

  • This report contains an inactive/terminated Plan. Am I still being billed for it?
    A Plan is still considered active for billing purposes until it has been deactivated for all activity as per the steps outlined in the Deactivating a Plan section of the article Adding, Reassigning, Deactivating, and Deleting Plans. A deactivated Plan will remain included in the billing count until the start of the next billing cycle.
