Navigating PensionPro Mobile

Please refer to “PensionPro Mobile” to identify how to access the mobile site via smartphone, tablet or iPad and how to save the PensionPro Mobile website on your mobile device.

 

This article will further explain how to navigate the PensionPro mobile site.

Using the Search Function

Similar to the search function in PensionPro, the Search function in PensionPro Mobile requires at least 3 characters to find Clients, Plans and Contacts. Users may also search for Prospects, Opportunities, and Proposals, given that the user has access to SalesPitch.

  1. Enter the search phrase into the Search Box located at the top of the screen. Returned results will be broken down by category.
  2. Tap the related category and navigate accordingly by tapping each heading until the desired information is reached.
    • Client and Contact addresses can be mapped from the Addresses Tab by tapping on the globe button to the right of the Address.

The search feature will return matching data from the following fields:

    • Company: Company Name
    • Client: Client Name, Client ID, Search Text, EIN
    • Plan: Plan Name, TPA Plan ID, Search Text, Investment Provider Contract/Account Number
    • Contacts: Full Name, Company Name, Email Address, Phone Number
    • Projects: Plan Name
    • Distributions: Full Name, the last four digits of the SSN, Plan Name
    • Prospects: Name
    • Opportunities: Name
    • Proposals: Name

 

Accessing the Dashboard

Tier Availability: Essential, Premium, Business

Users can view their Tasks on their Dashboard by tapping on the Dashboard header from the Home screen.

View Dashboard Information

  1. Tap on the Dashboard header.
  2. The user's Tasks will appear on the Dashboard grid.
    • Tap on the Project link to access information in regards to Project fields, Documents, To-Dos, and General project-specific information.
    • Tap on the Plan link to access information in regards to General, Contacts, Employees, Projects, Files, Distributions, Fee Schedules, Investment Providers, To-Dos and Notes.

 

Accessing Worktrays

Tier Availability: Premium, Business

The user must be a Team Member or Team Leader of a specific Worktray in order to view it. Worktrays can be accessed from the Home screen of the Mobile site.

  1. From the Home screen, Tap on the Worktrays header.
  2. Tap on the specific Worktray name.
  3. The Worktrays grid will display assigned Tasks by Project.

 

Accessing To-Dos

Tier Availability: Core, Team, Essential, Premium, Business

All assigned To-Do items can be viewed by tapping on the To-Do header from the Home screen. In addition, users can also add To-Dos from this tab.

View To-Dos

  1. From the Home screen, tap on the To-Dos header.
  2. Assigned To-Dos will appear in the Your To-Dos grid. Tap on a To-Do to view the To-Do Details.

Add To-Dos

  1. From the Home screen, tap on the To-Dos header.
  2. Click the Add button to the right of the screen.
  3. Enter the required information on the Add a To-Do grid.
    • Required fields will have a red asterisk to the left of the field name.
  4. Tap Save to add the To-Do.

 

 

Accessing Proposal Information

Add-On Availability: SalesPitch

Security Rights Required: Access SalesPitch

Users with SalesPitch rights can view Proposal Information. Proposal information is populated from the Proposals Scoreboard in PensionPro.

View Proposals

  1. Tap on the Proposals header.
  2. Select an Employee Name from the Assigned to Dropdown.
  3. Proposals will appear based on the Assigned to Designation.
  4. Tap on the Proposal to find the Main Contact, Status, Assigned To and Referred by information.
    • Tap the Opportunity link to find General information, Proposals, Documents, To-Dos and Notes for the Opportunity.

 

Accessing Prospect Information

Add-On Availability: SalesPitch

Security Rights Required: Access SalesPitch

Users with SalesPitch rights can view Prospect Information that is assigned to them. Prospect information is populated from the Prospects Scoreboard in PensionPro.

  1. Tap on the Prospects header.
  2. Prospects assigned to the user will appear on the Prospect Scoreboard grid.
  3. Tap on a Prospect to find General information, Opportunities, Documents, To-Dos, and Notes for the Prospect.

 

Add a Contact

Users have the ability to add new contacts via the mobile site.

  1. Tap on the Add Contact tab and a field box will populate the next screen.
  2. Enter data in the required fields.
    • Required fields will have a red asterisk to the left of the fields name.
  3. Tap Save when complete.

 

Add a To-Do

Users have the ability to add new To-Dos via the mobile site.

  1. From the Home screen, tap on the Add To-Do header.
  2. Enter the required information on the Add a To-Do grid.
    • Required fields will have a red asterisk to the left of the field name.
  3. Tap Save to add the To-Do.
