Downloading and Installing Fetch

Please follow the instructions below to install the latest desktop version of Fetch. Users do not need to download Fetch to access Fetch on the Web

PensionPro is ending support for the desktop version of Fetch on 6/30/2019. At that time, PensionPro will only support the web version of Fetch. For more information, please click here.

 

Fetch ClickOnce Installer - Version 1.19.1.16

  • Browse to https://fetch.tpaworkflow.com and click on the Install button.
  • Follow the prompts to install Fetch.
  • Fetch will launch after the installer finishes.
  • At the initial login, you will need your username and password.
    • This is the same username and password the user has for accessing PensionPro
    • Changes to a user's credentials will carry over to PensionPro and PlanSponsorLink (if applicable).

 

 

Fetch MSI Installer - Version 1.19.1.16

Installation on Terminal Servers/Citrix environments will require that you: 

  • Download the MSI file from https://pensionpro.com/installers/FetchInstaller_latest.msi 
  • Uninstall previous versions of Fetch prior to installation.
  • Execute the MSI and follow the prompts to install.
  • Install the MSI using best practices for your environment.
  • At the initial login, you will need your username and password.
    • This is the same username and password the user has for accessing PensionPro
    • Changes to a user's credentials will carry over to PensionPro and PlanSponsorLink (if applicable).

This installer is for Windows 7, Windows 8.1, and Windows 10. Also Servers 2008 r2, 2012, 2012 r2, and 2016. It will not function on other operating systems.
