The Annual Administration web collection project is designed to notify the client that annual data collection is available on PlanSponsorlink.com and gives them a secure portal with web steps to complete and provide the required information for annual administration and reporting.
Note: It is not possible to incorporate an email notification for when a plan sponsor makes changes to their Data Collection on PSL. The system will only provide an orange exclamation mark on each sub tab where there was a change made within the Data Collection tab.
However, if an Address is changed, the contact notated as the Address Change Recipient in PensionPro Preferences will be the person notified. This recipient can be updated in PensionPro Preferences in the General tab under the Annual Data Collection drop down list.

The annual administration with web collection project is linked to PlanSponsorLink.com for data collection and Blast Email for communication. Mail Types used in Blast Email are Census Request and Census Reminders.
In addition, preferences should be reviewed and updated for the firm. Users can access the Annual Administration Preferences grid by selecting Maintenance > Preferences > PensionPro, then in the Web Steps tab, select Annual Administration from the Data Collection Type dropdown list. If necessary, HTML codes such as <b> for bold and <i> for italics can be added in the web collection titles or descriptions if desired.
The template must first be created and preferences set. When this project is launched, it creates an additional tab in the project to contain the data necessary for administration and tasks are linked for entry of information on PlanSponsorLink.com. The Data Collection Tab contains the following sub-tabs holding information:

Note: The tasks under the Data Collection Task Grouping need to be there in order for the data collection tab to appear for an annual administration project.
General tab | This tab displays addresses and numbers for the Client that were either added by the user or by the Client as part of Web data collection. It also allows the user to add, modify or delete addresses and numbers for the Client.
Company tab | This tab displays information about the Company that was either added by the user or by the Client as part of Web data collection. The Company tab shows company detail for current Plan Year. The system maintains records for each plan year.
Principal tab | This tab displays information about the Principals of the company that was either added by the user or by the Client as part of Web data collection.
Family tab | This tab displays information about the Family members of the company that was either added by the user or by the Client as part of Web data collection.
Business tab | This tab displays information about related companies and the owners of the related companies that were either added by the user or by the Client as part of Web data collection.
Contacts tab | This displays information about the contacts associated with the plan including their email and website security rights as part of Web data collection.
Plan Tab | This tab displays a set of questions that the Client completes on the PlanSponsorLink website for the Year End Data collection. These can be customized in the Project Template.
5500 Tab | This tab displays a set of questions that the Client completes on the PlanSponsorLink website for the Year End Data collection. These can be customized in the Project Template.
Employee tab | This displays the Employee census that is displayed on the PlanSponsorLink website. The information displayed can be edited using the buttons displayed in the upper right corner of the screen. The data can also be exported and imported using excel spreadsheets. Data sets used are based on Plan Type and configured in Preferences > PensionPro > Collection Fields.

The annual administration with web collection starter template can be downloaded from this page. Please note that the Project Manager and Role Assigned per task must be updated prior to import. Additional task groupings, tasks, and task items should be added to match your firm's workflow for this process.
