We have a plan moving from calendar year plan to off calendar. There will be a short plan year from 1/1/2023 to 7/31/2023. I am trying to launch annual projects but get a failure message that it overlaps an existing project with a Period End of 7/31/2023. I read the articles available, followed the steps but not able to launch. I made sure there is no plan cycle for the short plan year. What am I doing wrong? Please advise. Thank you
