This article contains a brief description of the tweaks and fixes in version 1.30.1.12

New Features and Enhancements

PensionPro:

Merge Documents: Added a new delivery action for “Send Using Email” to allow users to send a merged document through email from the Create Merge Document wizard.

Merge Documents: Added a new delivery action for “Send Secure File Exchange” to allow users to send a merged document through Secure File Exchange from the Create Merge Document wizard.

 

Tweaks and Fixes 

PensionPro: 

Data Collection: Resolved an issue where PensionPro users needed to be set up as a Plan Contact with Website rights to view the Data Collection Report on an Annual Administration Data Collection Project’s Data Collection > Request tab. Users can now click on the Download Report button and view applicable Data Collection information in the report without website rights.

Merge Documents: Resolved an issue where Distribution Merge Fields for DI_First_Name and DI_Last_Name were switched, populating data for the opposite data value. These merge fields now populate with their appropriate data values.

Projects: Resolved an Issue where users could not delete Project Templates, Task Groupings, or Tasks linked to an Event. Users may now successfully delete Project Templates, Task Groupings, or Tasks linked to an Event.

Blast Email: Updated Team Tier Blast Email node names for merge fields to reference Data Collections. Nodes names have been updated in the Team Tier of PensionPro to reference Collection Fields (CF) and Data Collection Steps.
