It is important to have Plan Sponsors understand the terms and conditions for working within the PlanSponsorLink site. The PSL Terms of Service Editor allows users to create a disclaimer regarding the use of the website that Plan Sponsors must agree to before being granted access to the PSL site.

The PSL Terms of Service Editor can be accessed by clicking Maintenance > Preferences > PSL Terms of Service Editor. Users can add and edit content and toggle the Terms of Service as active as updates are made.

Using the PSL Terms of Service Editor
- Click Maintenance > Preferences > PSL Terms of Service Editor. A browser will open to the Terms of Service Editor.
- Create the Terms of Service in the content box.
- Users Can add hyperlinks by using the Add Hyperlinks button.
- Clicking the Add Image button allows users to add images or logos to their Terms of Service.
- Added images must be published on the web to be viewed.
- Add the image's Web Address, width, and height and click Insert on the Insert Image popup that appears.
- Users can add grids by clicking the Add Grid button.
- Clicking the View HTML button allows users to add HTML formatting to add further personalization to the Terms of Service.
- Clicking the button opens the View HTML window. Click Update to save changes to the HTML editor.
- Click the Active checkbox at the bottom of the editor to make the Terms of Service active on PlanSponsorLink.
- Click Save to complete.
PSL Terms of Service Editor
When and Where Do the Terms of Service appear?
Toggling the Active checkbox in the Terms of Service Editor makes the Terms of Service active on PlanSponsorLink. Unchecking the Active box removes the Terms of Service from the PlanSponsorLink site.
A Plan Sponsor that has not accessed PSL before will see the Terms of Service after entering their credentials into the PlanSponsorLink login page. The contact must agree to the Terms of Service before being granted access to the PlanSponsorLink site. After initially agreeing to the Terms of Service, the Plan Sponsor will not see or need to agree to the Terms of Service when logging into PlanSponsorLink.com in the future.
Clearing Terms of Service Acceptance
When working with the PSL Terms of Service Editor, the user will see a Clear Acceptance button at the bottom right corner of the editor. This button clears all of the Plan Sponsors' acceptance of the Terms of Service. If the Terms of Service has been cleared, the Plan Sponsor will need to agree to the Terms of Services again before being granted access to PSL. This can be helpful when the Terms of Service has been updated.
