Tweaks and Fixes

PensionPro:

Data Collections: Resolved an issue where users on the Team tier would click Maintenance > Templates and the browser that would appear would constantly spin, not allowing them to update their Data Collection templates. Team tier users may now edit their Data Collection templates without issue.

Fetch: Resolved an issue where users would attempt to access Fetch from the Power Tools menu but would Fetch would not automatically sign them in. Upon clicking Power Tools > Fetch, users are now automatically signed in from PensionPro to Fetch.

New Features

  • Security Role Management:Business Tier users can now create security roles and assign them to employees to maintain security rights more efficiently.

PlanSponsorLink Enhancements

  • Enlarged the grid width to take up more screen space on the browser
  • Icons have been removed from all tabs and replaced with “word” buttons for Add, Edit, and Delete for clarity purposes
  • Sorting icons have been moved to the far right of columns

Preferences

  • Added an Address Change Recipient Role preference under the Annual Data Collection preference type dropdown menu. This preference will determine which employee plan role should be notified of address changes during the data collection process
  • The Data Collection Submission Email preference has been relocated to the Annual Data Collection preference type dropdown menu
  • The General Web Collection Submission Email has been relocated to the General Web Collection preference type dropdown menu
  • Added Annual Data Collection pop-up Body preference under the Annual Data Collection preference type dropdown menu to control the body of text that appears in the pop-up that appears when the final data collection step is completed by a plan sponsor
  • Added a [CompanyName] merge field to the Data Collection Submission Email and General Web Collection Submission Email preferences
  • Users can define a hyperlink for NAIC Codes found on Data Collection with the newly added NAIC Code Link and NAIC Code HyperLink Message preferences under the Annual Data Collection preference type dropdown menu to control the link and message that appears on the Company step of Data Collection in PlanSponsorLink
  • The Census Import Column Mapping preference has been relocated to the Annual Data Collection preference type dropdown menu
  • Users can rename PlanSponsorLink tab names with the Distribution Title, Data Collection Title, Document Title, and Secure File Exchange Title preferences added under the PlanSponsorLink preference type dropdown menu

 

 

Data Collection

  • Retitled “Contact Issues” to “Contact Change Requests” on the Contact step of Data Collection in PlanSponsorLink and PensionPro
  • The Other Businesses step now contains a question for Date Entity Purchased or Sold
  • The Import and Export buttons on the Employee step now read “Import Census” and “Export Census”
  • Updated the tool tip for the Copy button located on the Employees step to read “Copy Prior Year Census Data”
  • Updated the confirmation pop-up for the Copy button to “Are you sure you want to continue? This will overwrite any census information you may have populated in the grid. This cannot be undone. It is recommended that you export before copying census data from a prior plan year.”
  • When an Employee Census is imported, a popup will display total records, the number of records imported, and the number or records skipped

 

Distributions Tab

  • Added Last Name and First Name in the participant listing on the Distributions tab to make sorting efficient
  • Users can search by First Name, Last Name or the last four digits of a Social Security Number

 

Data Collection Tab

  • Retitled “Contact Issues” to “Contact Change Requests” on the Data Collection Report
  • A Company Name field has been added to the Data Collection Summary Report on PlanSponsorLink
  • Added a Date Purchased or Sold field to the Data Collection Report

 

Documents Tab

  • Added File Type and Description columns to the Document tab

 

Secure File Exchange Tab

  • Added a Company Name column on PlanSponsorLink so users can view the Company Name of senders for easy determination of where a file is originating
  • PlanSponsorLink users can now delete exchanges on PlanSponsorLink
